Recompute and assign per-spin rotating-frame frequencies.

Parameters:

model – Model whose spins should receive updated rotating_frame_frequency values.

Raises:

SimphonyError – If the model does not contain any electron spins, or if the configured state specifications do not match the model’s spin content.
