Time-independent operator parts of the driving Hamiltonian.

The driving operators are the operator parts, whereas pulses are the time-dependent scalar parts:

where \(B_{k}(t)\) and \(\hat{\mathbf{u}}_k\) are the strength and direction vector of the \(k\text{th}\) driving field.
